the location was acceptable for transport links and shopping.

I found the pool too cold. It really spoiled my experience. the breakfast, the juices tasted artificial. also, the staff cleared tables so quickly it was difficult to relax.

Breakfast was very nice, such variety! The pool and spa area were so quiet, I could really unwind! The location worked so well, plenty of restaurants nearby, it was close to the subway too.

The check-in was slow. The staff seemed uninterested and not very helpful. I'm sure they can improve this aspect.

the plumbing created noise. i could hear the pipes when someone used the tap. the noise from the street kept me awake.
